This set of changes contains:
Bugs reported via issues are fixed.
Added test cases that are run by Travis-CI each time the code is updated.
Configuration files for Publishing on PyPI. This simplifies the Installation of numjuggler.
Note: Connections to Travis-CI and PyPI were organized for and tested from the Travleev/numjuggler repo. It is not clear how this Connection will work from the inr-kit/numjuggler repo.
